Return and Exchange of Goods

Returns of goods purchased through the online store can be made within 14 days, at your expense, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). The consumer is obliged to preserve the goods received from the trader, their quality and safety during the period under Art. 55, para. 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Products must be in the same condition in which they were received by the consumer. If the return is made by courier, there must be an option for us to inspect the goods!

In order to return purchased products, it is mandatory:

  • to be in perfect commercial condition, without damage
  • to have original labels and packaging
  • the integrity of the packaging must not be violated
  • to be in full set with the accompanying accessories, gifts and all documents with which they were delivered
  • not to been used
  • to be accompanied by a receipt and/or invoice

If the product is not returned in a condition in which it can be sold as new, we reserve the right to demand a fee for restoring it to its original condition (if possible) or to cover the difference in price received from the sale of the product as revalued, or at the customer's choice to return it back at his expense.

Products made and/or processed according to the customer's requirements or on his individual order, revalued due to a defect products and products that do not meet the conditions of the Consumer Protection Act are not subject to return and exchange.

If the conditions for return are met, the amount of the product paid to Sunny H3M EOOD will be refunded to you within the statutory period. Fees, commissions, transportation and other expenses are not refundable.

The return of goods, exchanges and claims are at your expense, including for returned products that fall under the conditions for free delivery. When returning a product purchased with a free delivery condition, you pay the transport and courier fees (if any). In case of exchange or claim, you pay the transport in both directions.
