Shipments and delivery

We can organize international delivery to any destination. Please ask in advance for the price!

For international delivery, please send request to us with the product you want, city, state and postal code, so we can check for transport options.

Free shipping for all orders over 50€ or 10€ to a BoxNow locker (valid for deliveries within Bulgaria only).

Delivery to Romania and Greece.

Free shipping for orders over 100€ to a BoxNow locker in Greece.

The current prices can be seen when placing the order, they are currently between 8€-12€, depending on the weight and destination.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 business day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Speedy Express to Bulgaria, with tracking number. If you prefer delivery by Econt Express or other, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
