Turn every weak forecast into an epic wing session with this all-new wing. It is suitable for freestyle as well as serious wave riding. It feels at home on short, low waves, as well as on completely flat water, as long as there is even a slight hint of wind.

Lightness, performance, and durability are the key construction parameters of the wing. When you ride, you want a wing that powers you up sufficiently, and then disappears from your hands so you can glide and perform your maneuvers effortlessly.

With this kite, we transition to the Continuous Hybrid Boom concept. This provides the most direct and maneuverable connection to your wing. It will give you stable, accessible, and direct power while maintaining a light and responsive feeling in your hands.

An extremely lightweight, custom-profiled boom, offered in carbon and aluminum options. This provides a light, stiff feel and distinct directional awareness.

The Astro Wing in sizes 3.0 and smaller comes with an Aluminum boom.
The Astro Wing in sizes 3.5 and larger comes with a Carbon boom.

Technology and Design

The Leading Edge surf handle is retained, with its position tuned and refined to find the perfect balance point, allowing the wing to fly in a neutral position.
The material of the leading edge and strut is ultra low-stretch and reinforced ripstop Dacron, which provides a perfect combination of stiffness, durability, flexibility, and profile stabilization.
Reinforced seams have been placed in chafe-prone areas to ensure longer life and durability.
Simple, lightweight B2 valves require no special nozzle, are easily serviced, and most importantly, are feather-light.
The canopy windows are perfectly placed, completely transparent, and ultra-durable.
The bright fluorescent colors return, prioritizing visual impact, visibility, and safety.

It provides stable forward drive, but can instantly become completely neutral when surfing down waves. The two separate inflation valves allow for precise control of the inflation. It can be used on snow slopes, fields, parking lots, open spaces between buildings, or on the water. Its wide range of use is further reinforced by its stable behavior in gusty wind.
