Commonly affected are the bolts holding foil parts together. When stainless steel, titanium or carbon make contact with aluminium, it causes a reaction that can practically weld them together. Over time, materials can become brittle and break.

Isolating and water-repelling properties of the Shield Gel create a barrier between bolts and the aluminum, inhibiting the corroding process.

The Gel also lubricates, making foil assembly or disassembly quicker and easier.

The foil wings are easily damaged. Since they generate the lift of the foil, they are probably the most important parts of the foil. Needless to say, you want to keep them in pristine shape. Our wing covers, made with thick padding and a strong outer layer, give all the necessary protection. Use the covers when the wings are assembled on the foil, or when stored separately.

Designed to lift off early in minimal breeze, the Navigator is a perfect hydrofoil for beginner and intermediate riders. With its voluminous shape and powerful profile, the front wing is tailored toward a comfortable, safe flight at low speeds. To give rider more control over the flight and reduce the severity of any wipe-outs, the foil is mounted on a 75 cm aluminum mast.

Carbon layup for both the front wing and tail stabilizer minimizes flex and weight. All foil components are assembled with 8 mm countersunk hex-head stainless screws that are resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. The Navigator comes equipped with a plate mount as standard.
